Parravans Newcastle opened on the highway at Hexham in 1999, with the yard being run by Michael Edwards who joined the family business in 1986. A carpenter and builder by trade, he started in the workshop detailing and repairing, and even manufacturing for a while.
There have been many changes in the caravan industry over the years, however with 25years of listening; Michael says what people still want most of all hasn't changed. That is, a great caravan, great service and great value for money. That's why Parravans has many repeat customers. With Michael, his wife Kerry, and a sales team with over 40 years experience in the caravan industry, their goal is making your purchase relaxed and stress free.
Now with Ryan (son-in-law) joining the team with his electrical trade background, their ambition is set even higher; to ensure your after sales service continues to be smooth and trouble-free well after you drive out the yard.

The after sales service on our new Eternity has been great. From the first moment when the fridge wiring had to be fixed, we have been back in twice for a 1,500 klms service and some minor adjustments after our latest 3,500klms trip. Ryan has been amazing in his knowledge, advice and ability to make the necessary adjustments in a short space of time. The caravan is therefore a dream to tow, fun to live in and always knowing if anything does need fixing there are people with the knowledge to do so.
We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team for assisting us last week with delivery of our Fraser 219B and for attending to the minor warranty issues on Friday for us. Much appreciated that you guys went out of your way to assist us straight away, without having to return at a later date for the warranty work, saving us an 8-hour round trip.
